Artificial Intelligence in Art
Special session on:
Artificial Intelligence in Art
Joint Congress on Computational Intelligence (CCI 2020), Mashhad, Iran from 4-6 March 2020
Art is the power and skill for the creation of beauty so that human beings can be influenced without the need to comprehend it. Art is an experience of the beauties and ugliness of the world or means of promoting human perfection and the attainment of spirituality. As Tolstoy says: "Art is not the production of pleasing objects; and, above all, it is not pleasure; but it is a means of union among men, joining them together in the same feelings, and indispensable for the life and progress toward well-being of individuals and of humanity." Thus human use art to arouse emotions, record experiences, recall memories, communicate, educate, and such topics in which artificial intelligence can be useful and influential by mimicking, collaborating and even creating. In fact, artificial intelligence is an auxiliary to the enhancement of human ability in the field of art.
This special session will highlight the latest development in this rapidly growing research area of Artificial Intelligence in Art. All researchers, academics, and experts are kindly invited to submit their original research papers to this special session. The scope includes (but not limited to) the following topics:
